The Challenge:
The CSJ approached us with a website that no longer reflected the strength of their mission or the credibility of their work. The existing platform did not properly engage their audiences, was difficult to maintain, and was outdated. Our first objective was to completely rebuild and reorganize the website, ensuring that it reflected their brand and fit into their long-term digital strategy. Most recently, this involved the development of a custom data tracker, intended to simplify complex datasets and to emphasize the key issues central to their work.
The results:
The way the CSJ is portrayed online has changed as a result of the overhaul. It now effectively communicates the organisation's vision while providing visitors with a cutting-edge, user-friendly experience. The new platform has made it easier for their team to manage content, publish reports, and showcase policy research in a dynamic way. The data tracker, which provides the public, journalists, and policymakers with a powerful means of engaging with the data that underpins their work, has further increased their online visibility. As a result, the CSJ now has a digital home that embodies the goals of their work and is constantly evolving to reflect their growing influence.
